REXOD Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') complies with all relevant laws regarding personal information protection,
including the "Personal Information Protection Act"
and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection."
The Company has established the following Privacy Policy to protect the personal information
and rights of users and to smoothly handle user grievances related to personal information,
and will notify users through the website's announcements (or individual notice) in the event of any changes to the Privacy Policy.
Article 1. Purpose of Personal Information Processing
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed shall not be used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent are implemented in accordance with Article 18 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」

A. The Company processes the minimum required personal information as follows

The Company shall provide personal information to a third party only in cases falling under Article 17 and Article 18 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」, such as with the consent of the data subject or a special provision in the law. Article 4. Procedures and Methods for Personal Information Destruction
A. The Company shall destroy the personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the personal information retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
B. Notwithstanding the expiration of the personal information retention period consented to by the data subject or the achievement of the purpose of processing, if the personal information must continue to be retained in accordance with other laws, the relevant personal information (or personal information file) shall be transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location.

In handling the personal information of data subjects, the Company takes the following measures to secure safety and prevent the personal information from being lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged.
